1. User-Generated Content

Ownership: Users retain full ownership and copyright of the content they create and publish on the Platform.

License: By posting content, users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content within the Platform for the purposes of operation and promotion.

Third-Party Use: The Platform will not transfer or license user content to third parties without the explicit consent of the content owner.

2. Content Guidelines

Users agree to:

• Accuracy: Ensure that all content posted is truthful and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
• Originality: Create and post content personally, without the use of AI generators or automated tools.
• Respect: Maintain a friendly and tolerant attitude towards other users and their opinions.
• Privacy: Avoid sharing materials that could harm themselves or their loved ones if made public.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Defamatory, threatening, or abusive material.
• Obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Material that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Content that encourages illegal activities or violates any laws.

3. Platform's Position and Liability

Neutrality: The Platform does not endorse or support the opinions expressed by users.

Liability: The Platform is not responsible for user-generated content and disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from such content.

Monitoring: While the Platform reserves the right to monitor and remove content that violates this agreement, it is not obligated to do so.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Refrain from impersonating any person or entity.
• Avoid engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operations or other users' enjoyment of the Platform.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection: The Platform collects and uses personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Consent: By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Platform's Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

The Platform reserves the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate a user's access at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates this agreement or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
