You can request deletion of your MemoryShare account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
If you signed in with Facebook, you may delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Profile.
- Email support@memory-share.com from the email address connected to your MemoryShare account.
- Use the subject line: MemoryShare data deletion request.
- Include your MemoryShare username and, if relevant, whether you used Google or Facebook sign-in.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize account profile data, linked Google/Facebook sign-in records, and personal content associated with your account where technically and legally possible.
Important notes
- Some information may be retained temporarily in backups, logs, or records required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Content you made public before deletion may have been viewed, copied, or cached by others outside MemoryShare.
- If we need more information to verify ownership of the account, we will reply by email.
Facebook and Google sign-in data
For social sign-in, MemoryShare stores the provider name, provider user ID, email address, and login timestamps needed to connect the external account to your MemoryShare account. These linked sign-in records are included in deletion requests.
