I began to understand a little how a piece of the design and construction market segment works in conditions of total fucked up.Because I can still find clients for construction, and this is absolutely amazing (the organization is building it - a contractor, but they do not have a marketer and they perceive the process of finding clients with amazement, every time). Life has given me the opportunity to communicate with absolutely amazing people, every time I think, why do they need me and what did I do to deserve it? Today I found an old post by an architect about small houses, 7 years ago, a very valuable memory surfaced, I collected information, although I didn’t think that I would do it seriously. (Original Text: Ночью не спали, я думала окна не выдержат. У нас в этот раз Приднепровскую ТЭС не разбомбили, только один шахед видела как взорвался в ней. Шахеды теперь летят низко. Баллистика была, но не совсем рядом с нами. В Харькове разбомбили ТЭС-5, очень многие квартиры без света и тепла с ночи, у моих родственники бабушки с дедушками старше 90 лет, коммунальщики слили всё из труб. Молчу о том что у нас всех большие долги по коммуналке. Пишут что сегодня в Киев приедет Рютте. Это же всем известно, маршрут и даты, почему эти делегации ходят свободно, почему его россияне не убьют ракетой? КАБы, Циркон и куча шахедов в Харьков это норма, получается . Периодически в комментах у френдов попадаются рассуждения о страданиях российских солдат, как они несчастны и не могут заработать и вынуждены идти на войну чтобы прокормить свои семьи, и это такая забота. Они такие несчастные, а мы такие злые. Это просто такая работа. Я немножко начала понимать как устроен кусочек сегмента рынка проектирования и строительства в условиях тотального пиздеца. Потому что я всё ещё могу находить клиентов на стройку, и это совершенно удивительно ( строит организация - подрядчик, но у них нет маркетолога и процесс нахождения клиентов они воспринимают с изумлением, каждый раз). Мне жизнь подарила возможность общаться с совершенно удивительными людьми, я каждый раз думаю, зачем я им нужна и чем я заслужила? Нашла сегодня старый пост архитекторки о маленьких домах, 7 лет назад, всплыло очень ценное воспоминание, я собирала информацию, хотя не думала что буду этим заниматься серьезно. Нам нужно прожить этот месяц до весны, весной будет тепло.)
